He was born in Cali, Colombia, and is a 1988 graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne, N.J. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, N.Y. in 1991. He is licensed to practice in Arizona, New York and New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; U.S. District Court for the Districts of Arizona and New Jersey.<\/p>\n Mr. Marcolini represents companies and individuals in commercial, construction and real estate litigation including complex multi-party cases.
