Steven W. Cheifetz

Biography: Steven W. Cheifetz is a former founder and partner of the Cheifetz Iannitelli Marcolini P.C. He is a graduate of Arizona State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science and an Arizona State University College of Law graduate in 1987. Since passing the state bar in 1988, Mr. Cheifetz has been licensed to practice in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and all state courts in Arizona.

Steven Cheifetz has dedicated a large part of his practice over the past 30 years to homeowner’s association litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and creditors’ rights. He has gained unmatched experience in the specific fields of construction litigation and homeowners’ rights. His extensive time and experience in the field has gained him priceless wisdom that cannot be undervalued.

Mr. Cheifetz is now retired from the practice of law on a full time basis and is Of Counsel to the Iannitelli Marcolini P.C. and works with the firm on some select and specialized cases.
