We have substantial experience handling both judicial foreclosures of mortgages and non-judicial foreclosures (trustee’s sales) of deeds of trust on behalf of lenders. We also assist borrowers, guarantors, and lenders in connection with commercial property loans, including loan workouts and restructuring, short sales, note sales, and foreclosures.
