John C. Marcolini

Biography:  John Marcolini is a founding partner of Iannitelli Marcolini, P.C.. He was born in Cali, Colombia, and is a 1988 graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne, N.J. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, N.Y. in 1991. He is licensed to practice in Arizona, New York and New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; U.S. District Court for the Districts of Arizona and New Jersey.

Mr. Marcolini represents companies and individuals in commercial, construction and real estate litigation including complex multi-party cases. He also handles zoning, planning and land use matters on behalf of and against municipal governments that include public contracting and bid disputes, election law litigation and public works construction project litigation. He regularly appears before state and county administrative agencies as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

John also has extensive experience in transactional representation in commercial and real estate acquisitions and dispositions, land use entitlements, business transactions, corporation formation and limited liability company governance. He has represented contractors and engineers in claims against the government involving wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and wastewater sewage systems. Mr. Marcolini has been one of Arizona’s top litigation attorneys over the past two decades and continues to provide each of his clients with personalized high-quality representation.
