Claudio E. Iannitelli

Biography: Claudio Iannitelli is a founding partner of Iannitelli Marcolini, P.C., formerly known as Cheifetz Iannitelli Marcolini, P.C.  He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is a 1986 graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and the Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law in 1989. Mr. Iannitelli is admitted to practice in Arizona and New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth District and the Second District, U.S District Court for the Districts of Arizona and Colorado, and all the state courts in Arizona and New York.

Since joining Steve Cheifetz approximately 30 years ago, Mr. Iannitelli has focus on providing excellent personal service and aggressive, cost-efficient representation.  Mr. Iannitelli maintains a broad spectrum of clients and cases, representing both small and large businesses and handling anything from a small collection case to multimillion dollar complex commercial and construction disputes, employment class actions, or complex estate litigation matters. Mr. Iannitelli also devotes substantial time to transactional work needed by the firm’s clients.  He has extensive experience in Commercial & Construction litigation, Creditors’ Rights (Collections), Appeals, Real Estate Transactions & Litigation and Employment and Labor Law. He also serves as the outside national collections counsel for Outfront Media LLC (formerly known as CBS Outdoor). In this capacity he oversees the firm’s handling of debt collections nationwide in connection with nonpayment of billboard advertising.
